The Integrated Disclosure Project (IDP) is an industry initiative bringing together leading lenders in the private credit and syndicated loan markets to improve transparency and accountability.
Our goal is to promote greater harmonisation and consistency of disclosure of key sustainability indicators by borrowers in private credit and syndicated loan transactions. This is achieved through broad adoption of industry-standard templates designed to solicit a global baseline of credit- material information.
This goal is primarily achieved through broad adoption of the IDP Corporate Lending Template and Real Estate Lending Template, reporting tools that each represents a proportionate set of questions that are designed to solicit a global baseline of information from private companies. The IDP Corporate Lending Template was last updated in May 2025. The IDP Real Estate Lending Template was introduced in March 2026.
The IDP was formed by the Alternative Credit Council (ACC), the private credit affiliate of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), LSTA, Inc. (LSTA), and the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in co-operation with a group of leading alternative asset managers and credit investors. The IDP is also supported by a coalition of market stakeholders.
Corporate Lending Template
The IDP Corporate Lending Template supports sustainability disclosure in private credit and syndicated loan transactions involving private companies. It consists of a proportionate set of questions designed to solicit a global baseline of material sustainability information from corporate borrowers, helping to improve consistency and reduce duplication across lender questionnaires. Last updated: May 2025.
Real Estate Lending Template
The IDP Real Estate Lending Template supports sustainability disclosure in real estate debt transactions. It is designed as a practical due diligence tool for use primarily at loan origination, focusing on material, decision-useful metrics relevant to real estate assets and lending structures. Date of publication: March 9, 2026.
